$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install rafkill-data 

rafkill-data is installed in your system.

Make ensure the rafkill-data package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rafkill-data *

You will get with rafkill-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table

rafkill-data package basic information:
